Electric Eyes Palette
This palette contains 5 silky and highly pigmented jewel toned eyeshadows.
As you can see from the photo, each color is a metallic and a little goes a very long way. These swatches were done with only a small amount applied to a cotton swab!
Ultra Matte Lip
I love the Hello Kitty design on the tube! The dark berry shade of this is very very pigmented so if you are wanting a dramatic lip, then this is for you. For me since I usually prefer a nude lip, I will save this for special occasions.
I love that the product goes on smoothly and streak free and that it dries quickly. Also I tested the "kissproofness" and after drying it doesn't transfer.
This is my first encounter with a setting spray. I never fancied the idea of spraying my face after so carefully applying my makeup but I see alot of people swearing by this. At first I sprayed it a little too close, which you are ideally supposed to spray at an arm's length to be a fine misting. I think I need to get used to this still.
This eye pencil is a duo pencil and spoolie brush. The pencil part is retractable and I like the universal shade of it because I have such a hard time finding my perfect match. I have been using the NYX Push Up Bra pencil and highlighting pencil and Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade in Taupe everyday. Here's the look I achieved with this pencil
I think its pretty simple to apply and it goes on light enough that you can erase any mistakes.
Translucent Powder Duo
I am really fawning over this bareMinerals powder set for setting my makeup. To me it's better than the setting spray! I have been using the matte powder for setting my makeup under my eyes and the glow side on my forehead and bridge of nose. I feel like it does a wonderful job at controlling oil and shine.
Overall I am a very happy charmer this month! I heard that their usual waitlist is open this month to anyone who wants to sign up too. I was on the waitlist for about three weeks when I signed up.
